Project Management Development
Alongside my technical background in tooling, sheet metal stamping dies, industrialization and production management, I am developing a structured project management approach based on PMP-oriented training and IPMA preparation. This path allows me to support technical and industrial projects not only from an operational point of view, but also through planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder coordination, cost and timing control, follow-up of suppliers and corrective actions. My goal is to combine hands-on manufacturing experience with project management methods in order to help companies manage complex tooling, industrialization and production start-up projects with better organization, communication and delivery control.
